Is tag studio OK for Tag Ogg Vorbis ?

I have heard that Ogg Vorbis uses normal ID3 tags, but since I don't use ogg files myself, I cannot confirm this. If this is true, Mp3/Tag Studio should work just fine on them though.
Why don't you do a test tagging on a backed up ogg file, and then tell us about the results here?

i tested this... and it does not work
-winamp can't see the v1 tag, but the file is playable
-v2 tag will corrupt the file
i use < togger > to tag vorbis files - it's similar to mp3/tag studio, but far behind it in functionality... perhaps magnus is planning to merge the code?
