In windows, right click desktop, pick properties, "Settings" tab, click "Advanced...", select "Large Fonts" from "Font size:" drop down box. Reboot.
Start Tag Studio. Layout is now very wrong. Even when resized, some of the dialog's components are not visble at the right and bottom of the screen. For example, the "Settings..." dialog does not have ok/cancel buttons, should it?

Yes, this "Large fonts" feature in Windows can do terrible things to some programs.
Please read more about these problems under the "known problems" section of the Mp3/Tag Studio help file.Most of these problems will be solved if you start the program with the "-noresize" command-line switch, but I would personally recommend you not to use the "Large fonts" Windows setting at all.
