I hope two questions at once is ok.  I'm just trying out the program, which seems great, and then I can register it.

Sometimes when I do a mass cleanup it puts a "0" in track number, sometimes it doesn't.

A workaround may be, if I do a mass set, then do a mass cleanup with only track selected, then it usually won't put any "0"'s in there.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Due to the design of the ID3v1 tag specification, ID3v1 tags cannot have an "empty" tracknumber field, it must be a number. The closest you can get to emptying this field in ID3v1 tags is therefore to put a zero in it. If the file contains an ID3v2 tag too, the tracknumber will show as completely empty in the GUI (since this is possible in the ID3v2 tag design, and the ID3v2 values have precedence in the default program settings). If you want the ID3v2 tags to contain a zero too, you can use the mass set tool to set the tracknumber to zero, then both the ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags will have zeroes in them.

Anyway, this is nothing at all to be worried about, it's just the way ID3 tags are designed, and there's nothing that I or anyone else can do about it. No problems will arise from it.
