I use "MS Sans Serif" 8 point as my font.

This is much easier to read than the default Times New Roman.

Unfortunately, the ID3v2 "Track" field is too small to display something like "12/14" with this font choice, and possibly others.

It appears the text field widgets do not re-size based on the font; I just tried selecting something like "MS Sans Serif" 10 point and the bottom of the characters were "cut-off".

The track field width issue will be taken care of, so that it resizes when the window is resized (also maybe a bigger default width).

The reason that the fields aren't resized vertically is that it might mess up the interface too bad if you choose a font that is too big. The user is adviced too choose fonts of reasonable height, so that they will fit vertically into the existing boxes.
