Hi Magnus - great program.

I am getting program crash with "Out of Memory" displayed, similar to earlier posts entitled "out of memory" and "tagging some mp3 files cause program to crash".

I have isolated the problem to two particular files which are probably corrupt. If you do a mass set in any directory which contains one of these files, it will crash with the "out of memory" error. After this you can no longer use the mass set tool. Other tools are still usable, but they will also crash similarly when they encounter the corrupt file.

It was quite difficult to identify which files were causing the crash from many others present. I would be grateful if you could examine them. They are at www.barrett.demon.co.uk/obsolete/ file1.mp3 and file2.mp3.

Program is MP3 Tag Studio V3.05.

Best regards, Bob Barrett

The webserver gives an error when I try these URLs, saying that the files do not exist?

These are the URLs I tried:

http://www.barrett.demon.co.uk/obsolete/file1.mp3
http://www.barrett.demon.co.uk/obsolete/file2.mp3

?

Hi Magnus,

Did you get a chance to look at the files that were causing the problems. I put the correct URL in my last post.

Regards,  Bob

Yes, the tag was corrupted, in turn causing the crash. Sorry about forgetting to report it here, thanks for the files.
