I'm using v3.5 beta release 7.  Words that are normally not capitalized work properly EXCEPT when they come at the end of a title (when they should be capitalized).  They are properly capitalized at the beginning of a title.  I don't know if there is a way around this but I haven't been able to find it.

The reported bug should not be construed as a complaint of any kind.  Everytime I use the program, I discover additional features that make editing tags so much easier.  This is truly a wonderful program!

And now for my question:
Does anyone know how to eliminate the word "the" in the beginning of an artist's name short of changing it for each separate artist.  For instance, if I have music by "the Supremes", "the Five Keys" and "the Elegants", do I have to do three separate "mass set tags" or is there an easier way to do it?  Note that if there were really only three, I wouldn't be asking this question but I have music for hundreds of groups whose name starts with the word "the".

If you export the artists' names to a file (File tools) then
import them back (Tag/rename from list) with the template:

The <Artist>

you will effectively remove all "The"s from the artists' names.

Thank you.  I'll give that a try.  It never ceases to amaze me just how flexible this program is.

And don't forget to make a macro of it, to be able to access it with a single mouse click. ;)
