You might have tried to convert a bookmark file with long bookmark names to a directory with a long path. To try to solve this problem, convert to a directory with a short path, e.g. C:\FAVORITES, and then copy the favorites to the desired location." I don't have any long-name bookmarks and I just converted the bookmarks to C:\ only, and all the bookmarks with Chinese or Japanese will be incorrectly converted into some strange characters!
