When I perform a filter search, where the only criteria is to have stereo mode set at Stereo, the search doesn't return anything in the result. I have checked that my files are in stereo (verified through Mp3/Tag Browse tool). In fact, changing the Stereo to one of the others (Joint Stereo, Dual, Mono) also don't give any result.
And no, I didn't check the negate box in the filter.

PS: great tool overall.

Thanks, I just verified it, it must have got broke in some recent filter update. I will look into it for the next update.

In the meantime it will work if you also select filter sample frequency or filter bitrate, eg bitrate >= 8k

Ah, then I think I know what the problem is (really). :)
