I downloaded mp3/TAG Studio for the first time and I'm still exploring it to its potential, and it seems like a powerful program. Anyway, I am trying to do something, but I'm not sure how... I re-encoded a large number of files and outputted them to a different directory. The problem is the ID3 tags aren't preserved. What I want to do is simply copy ALL the ID3 tags from the first directory and paste them to the files in the new directory. How can this be accomplished?? ![]() Thanks a lot Posted by: Magnus Brading on Nov. 24 2003,02:34 Simply do like this: 1. Create a list containing the tag contents, using the "Create custom lists" tool (in the "File tools" tool set). 2. Import the tags from this list to the new files, using the "Tag/rename from list" tool. Bam, done. ![]() end |
