How do I tweak mp3ts's behavior relating to replacement of files that already exist at the destination.  Right now it moves them, and the names have a #2 at the end, I ssume that is the OS's behavior.  Can I have it check to see if the file already exists, and either replace it (without the #2)  or have it NOT attempt to rename the file?

No, such functionality is not implemented at the moment. If there is some certain operation you would need this for, there might be other ways to accomplish it though. In that case, please tell us what it is, and we might be able to help.
