I know it's probably staring me in the face but where do I find the casefix settings in MP3TS?
Also, while I'm asking questions is there an easy way to add, for example, the album pic using MP3TS? I've seen other taggers which do but admittedly they don't have the many other features that I like in MP3TS.

I'd say it is indeed "staring" at you
If you choose the "Name and tag tools" in the upper right corner of MP3TS (not the "File Tools"! ), then you see the casefix tool right in the center of MP3TS, called "Case fix and replace", with the checkbox left from it and the "Setup..." button right from it:
Oh, and regarding the cover art question: this is already discussed in < another thread >.
