I have a large (>250GB) mp3 archive, and I'm looking for software to help me manage it. Most of what I have tried hangs and/or corrupts the files. Has anyone used this software with similarly sized archives?

Thanks,
Mike

I know people have used it on collections with many thousands of files. As long as you don't have all the files in one large directory (without subdirectories), it should be fine as far as I have heard. You can always process the collection in some smaller parts too I guess, if you're uncertain.

Just make sure you have enough free space on the drive where the undo-files are written (default in the install dir of Mp3/Tag Studio). The undo data for each processed file typically takes up 0-500 bytes (0.5 kb), depending on which operation you perform.

Of course I could never give out any absolute guarantees though, which I hope you understand.
