After the installation of the Windows XP Service Pack 2 the Internet Explorer favourites can't be exported correctly. The export ist complete but the order of the favourites is not the same. I don't want the favourites sorted. Some folders are sorted and the overall order is completly wrong. What's the promblem? Any ideas?

My guess would be that Microsoft has modified the undocumented data structures that holds the ordering information for the bookmarks, in XP SP2. :( I will take a look at it anyway, thanks for the report.

Same problem with XP SP2

When should we expect an updated BMC that works with XP SP2 and Firefox 1.0?

I would like to get a license for BMC after my trial, but I cannot justify paying for it until it works perfectly with XP SP2 and Firefox 1.0

Thanks.

I cannot tell you when the XP SP2 issue can be resolved without further analysis of it. If MS for some reason has messed it up on purpose to prevent third-party tools, it might be quite hard, but hopefully soon otherwise.
