Hi Magnus,

Can mp3ts handle ape tags?

my ubernet has decided to use these.
Im not familiar with them so just asking if you will or have enabled mp3ts to use them.
Also the new checking script is here tomorrow so a lot of retaging will be done.
I hope to send a few your way.

There is no support for APE files/tags in Mp3/Tag Studio yet (if I only had unlimited time...). :( I have it noted as a possible feature in a future version though.

with ape files becoming more common, is there any chance that you might include the ability to handle them in a later release?

is their coding very different from mp3's as regards tags?

I might include them at some point, yes. And yes, they are quite different from ID3 tags.
