When tagging a various artists folder, Is there any way so that I can automatically fill the artist name with original artist and composer field?

What I mean is that in a folder there are songs of Lacuna Coil and Nightwish. While mass tagging, I set the genre as gothic, that's ok. But I don't want to tag each file with the original artist field. Is there any way that in Lacuna coil songs the original artist and composer field will be filled with lacuna coil and nightwish as nightwish?

With the "Direct tag manipulation" tool you can copy the original artist or composer field to the artist field in every file, yes.
