Create a refresh explorer tree button or refresh automatically when click on tree. Please note that there is a known problem with this feature in version 3.5 beta 9 though, which should be fixed in the next update. I'm having this since beta 10 on XP SP1. It's possible to select and work on directories with the Browse command but even then the Explorer Tree remains unchanged.
