Please add support for MP3+G files (Karaoke MP3'S).  An MP3+G file always has a supporting file with the same filename - example:

MYMP3FILE.MP3
MYMP3FILE.CDG

When renaming an MP3 file the CDG file has to be renamed the same thing.

I never heard of this format, so it might need to become a bit more widespread to be worth supporting.

But please submit any links to info about this format here, and I'll take a look at them anyway.

Ooooh...MP3+G is VERY popular and getting more and more popular.  It's the format used for Karaoke music files.

The MP3 format is the same as a regular MP3 file, the only difference is that there is another file with the same name as the MP3 file with a .CDG extension (this contains the words that show on the screen in Karaoke).

You don't need to read/modify or do anything with the CDG file, all that needs to be done is make sure to RENAME it to the same name as the MP3 when using your RENAME function.

This would be easy to do if you program to just look for a CDG file with the same name when renaming and simply RENAME it along with the MP3 file.
