One thing that would be helpful is the ability to know which IE favorites do not get converted due to file name problems.  Usually you just get a message that says that one or more favorites was not converted.  It would be great to know which ones.

If this already exists, please let me know how to do this.

That might be a good idea, yes. I'll see what I can do in a future update. There might be some problems putting this information into a normal textfile though, since the unicode strings cannot be expressed in normal ascii (which is the root of the problem with them not getting converted in the first place), but I'll see if I can think of any good way around it anyway.
