I can't remember how to use the program! Oh, I feel so ashamed ..
.. Well, what I have is a directory full of MP3 albums. Each album is in a directory. I want MP3/TS to move all these albums into a Genre subfolder, leaving the album (directory) name untouched. Is it even possible, or do I need to do something like <Genre><\><Artist> - <Album><\><OldFileName> ?

Almost right, you need to use the absolute path mode (I assume that you mean that they should all be under the same "Genre" parent folder, or don't you?), like this:
c:\mp3<\><Genre><\><Artist> - <Album><\><OldFileName>
But you are correct in the assumption that you need to recreate the album folder name yourself, there is no feature to preserve the existing parent folder.

Thanks for your reply. I figured it would be something like that. Unfortunately that method would really mess up albums where the [album name] field stays unchanged and the [artist name] field changes, like albums with various artists. Also files like album art wouldn't be moved along with the MP3 files.
I'm glad you're still around too, working on the software and providing support! Never regretted registering MP3TS
