Don't know whether MP3 Tag Studio supports id3v2.4 tags but how about adding TSOP, TSOA and TSOT tags

Mp3/Tag Studio has read-support for ID3v2.4 tags, but writes ID3v2.3 tags. This is because ID3v2.3 is the most widely supported format among players and hardware devices.

would adding the full id3v2.4 tagging support be a major undertaking? btw it seems that beta 16 does not read every 2.4 tag, at least TDRC written by foobar2000 v0.9 is not recognized.

Some more rarely used ID3v2.4 fields are not supported today, yes. They might very well be supported in a future version though.
