I just received the following warning message from the ZoneAlarm virus scanner.  Is this a false positive, or is there a problem?

Email-Worm.Win32.Sowsat.j was found in C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations\{5BA4533E-A78D-49F6-AC67-4C1B8DA6F7D4}\Mp3Tag Studio 3.5 (beta 19).msi on 11/20/2008 10:51:18

It should most likely either be a false positive, or it has been infected or your system. There has been no other reports about such a thing whatsoever.
