I have read other misc. posts but sorting through all of them just sucks.  has anyone found any kind of solution to the flickering problem?  this is very upseting as i am in the middle of fixing 7934 files and NEED this software as you can imagine doing it manually has been a very long and difficult task.  I am running win2k, with newest service packs, 4 gigs ram, 490 gigs hd space, duel p4 3.03 with hyperthreading, anyone got some speculation?
