If it causes too much trouble for you, please try to start Mp3/Tag Studio with the command-line parameter "-noresize", which might fix this. I've checked font setting and my OS is using "normal fonts". Anyway with this parameter visualization's not perfect but acceptable, as you can see below: It's possible, as you said, that this malfunction is caused by graphic setting introduced by Dell Quickset installed on my laptop.
