Ok, here's a tip for advanced users, which might fix this problem (a general tip for non-advanced users, or any users for that matter, would instead be to not delete unidentified files in the temp-directory ):
1. Open the following registry key in regedit:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
2. Open the "Find" tool, and search for values containing "Bookmark Converter".
3. When such a value is found, delete the entire key that this value resides in. It should have a name like for example:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{AFCA54B4-9C7B-4B5D-AE00-7318BD270A9A}
4. Now try if you can install Bookmark Converter again (a reboot might be required inbetween).
Once again, I DO NOT take any responsibility if you do this wrong and mess up your registry! Messing with the registry is potentially very dangerous for the computer, and should only be done by advanced users! Do it on your own risk and backup the registry key before you delete it!
