-Brading Software Message Board +--Forum: Mp3/Tag Studio Support and Bug Reports +---Topic: Access Violation when making Large Lits started by mulky Posted by: mulky on July 12 2006,23:53 When making Large lists using 3.5 Beta 17 I get an error message about 1/2 way through the list, The error message reads "Access Violation at Address 004023F6 in Module "mp3tag_s.exe". Read of Address 00000048." This Error is Repeatable and seems to have followed through Different machines and Different Verisons of TagStudio. Posted by: Magnus Brading on July 13 2006,12:01 The most likely reason for this is that one (or more) of the files you're processing have corrupted ID3v2 tags, which could cause this problem when accesing them. If you can pinpoint and clean up these files, the crashes will most likely disappear. Try to process the mp3s in smaller chunks, and when an error occurs in one chunk, split it into even smaller processing chunks until you have found the offending files.
