I'm glad to report that those issues seem to be resolved. Thanks! Yet, there's another bug come up which I suppose is also related to the widescreen resolution. The problem manifests itself when i click on the "use explorer tree" checkbox (or the other one). The left section starts out very narrow, but on resizing it, the column is dragged below the editing fields of the main window instead. Also the "working directory" box is overflowing its borders and the button to go up one directory is not shown at all. After resizing the left column and then deselecting the checkboxes, the window doesn't go back to its original proportions and the objects on the very right are being cut off. Without the resizing it looks ok. The "go up one directory" button is missing in either case. After a program restart everything is back to normal. I'm using a WUXGA display on 1920x1200. I hope this describes the problem well enough to stand a chance being fixed. Great work so far! Jo Posted by: Magnus Brading on April 16 2006,13:17 Thanks for the report, could you please upload a screenshot of the problem, for better understanding and analysis? Thanks, Jo Posted by: Magnus Brading on April 18 2006,22:37 I cannot seem to reproduce this problem with my current Windows setup. It seems like this might potentially be a remaining "Large Fonts" issue, after these all were (believed to be) fixed in a previous version. Please try to deactivate the Large Fonts setting in your operating system to confirm this, and see if the problem still remains? end |
