Magnus,
I understand how to write an absolute path, for say, the "Auto rename (from tag)" tool, but it would be also really handy if I could write an absloute path that would COPY the file, rather than MOVE the file.
Or is it already in there, and I just haven't found it yet? :)

No, it always moves the files, but if you want to copy them the same effect could simply be achieved by backing up the original files first.

Sure, you could, but sometimes I want to make copies of files based on arguments in the filtering tool of MP3TS.
Eg. I might want to scan a folder (with 1000+ MP3's in it) for all files with a bitrate <160, and copy them to another location, not just move them.

Perform the operation in Mp3/Tag Studio, make a copy of the resulting directory structure with the moved files, and then perform an undo of the operation in Mp3/Tag Studio. That should be equivalent. ;)
